Smile Education are delighted to be working alongside this thriving school based in south Birmingham. We are currently seeking a Year 1 Teacher to join the team from May 2024.
 
We are currently seeking a Year 1 Teacher to join this friendly team from May 2024 until the end of the academic year. The successful applicant will be completing all usual roles and responsibilities associated with a Class Teaching position, including marking and planning. There is a primary focus on phonics, including phonics intervention and supporting pupils below ARE.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to join wonderfully supportive primary school. The school is located in south Birmingham within proximity to Harborne, Edgbaston, and Ladywood. The expected salary range for this role is from £150- 210 per day, depending on experience.
 
What to expect from applicants?
 
We would like applicants to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECT’s) are encouraged to apply for the role due it’s long-term nature and the security it offers until the end of the academic year.
