Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Moston that is seeking a talented Year 1 Teacher to join their team from November 2026. The Role

As the successful Year 1 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.
• Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that supports pupil wellbeing and achievement.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure all learners reach their full potential.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil development.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and its community.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• A creative and engaging approach to teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commitment to inclusion and raising outcomes for all pupils.
