If you're a Tutor or Teacher based in Worksop, or simply someone keen on embarking on 1:1 educational work, we'd love to connect with you!

We collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including various Local Authority Departments and independent educational establishments. Our partnerships encompass:

  • Virtual Schools, particularly focusing on Looked After Children.
  • SEN teams catering to pupils with EHCP.
  • SEN teams supporting pupils without EHCP but lacking a school placement.
  • Specialized independent provisions dedicated to SEN students.

We're seeking tutors who embody the following qualities:

  • A deep-seated passion for positively impacting the lives of vulnerable youth.
  • Openness to both part-time and full-time employment opportunities.
  • Proficiency in crafting and delivering engaging lessons across core subjects and any additional areas required by students, tailored to their individual needs.
  • Experience dealing with SEN conditions such as SEMH, anxiety, Autism, and ADHD.
  • Familiarity with or knowledge of Attachment Disorder and the repercussions of Childhood Trauma.
  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviors.
  • Ability to engage disaffected pupils and motivate them to engage in educational activities.
  • Professional aptitude in collaborating with foster carers and residential home staff.
  • Competence in delivering comprehensive feedback, highlighting student strengths and areas for improvement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
