Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours for 1-2 terms

Salary: £83.34 - £83.34 Per day

  • Assist in delivering lessons in Welsh-medium classrooms
  • Support students in their learning and development
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide one-to-one support for students with additional learning needs
  • Assist the teacher in preparing materials and resources
  • Fluency in Welsh (both spoken and written)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience working in a classroom setting
  • Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
  • Understanding of the Welsh-medium education system
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Higher-level Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Additional qualifications in specific subject areas
  • Work in a school environment
  • Full-time hours with occasional requirement for overtime
  • Collaboration with teachers, students, and other staff members

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
