 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
 Contract: Full Academic Year

What We’re Looking for?

• Previous experience supporting young people through education, coaching, youth work or similar transferrable settings
• A positive, proactive, and compassionate attitude
• A genuine willingness to learn and adapt in different classroom settings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
• A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment
• The confidence to support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• The ability to collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to meet individual needs

✅Requirements

Teaching Personnel can provide guidance to help you obtain:

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Level 2 Safeguarding training
• At least two professional referencescovering the past two years
