Pay: £92.63 per day Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Unqualified Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Schools across the NP26 (Caldicot) area from September. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in starting a career in education and gaining valuable classroom experience. No previous school-based experience is required. You will join supportive school environments where you'll assist teachers, support pupils' learning and development, and build the skills needed for a rewarding career within education. About the Role

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
• Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to support learning.
• Encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive learning environment.
• Assist pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
• Help prepare learning resources and classroom materials.
• Gain hands-on experience in a school setting while developing key educational skills.

Our Vetting Process Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. Before any educator can begin working through Teaching Personnel, they must successfully complete our comprehensive vetting process. This includes an Enhanced DBS check, Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration, safeguarding training, employment references covering the last two years, right to work checks and all mandatory compliance requirements. Candidates who do not complete every stage of the vetting process will not be cleared to work. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
