Pay: £92.63 per day Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Unqualified Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Schools across the NP26 (Caldicot) area from September. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in starting a career in education and gaining valuable classroom experience. No previous school-based experience is required. You will join supportive school environments where you'll assist teachers, support pupils' learning and development, and build the skills needed for a rewarding career within education. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is:
Previous experience working with children, in customer service, coaching, care, youth work or similar settings is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are the most important qualities for this role. What Teaching Personnel Offers

This includes an Enhanced DBS check, Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration, safeguarding training, employment references covering the last two years, right to work checks and all mandatory compliance requirements. Candidates who do not complete every stage of the vetting process will not be cleared to work. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
