Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a friendly primary school in Garstang as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant.

As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher
• Work with small groups and individual children to support learning
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Encourage children's confidence, participation, and independence
• Support pupils with social, emotional, and academic development
• Assist with classroom organisation and preparation

• A passion for working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team
• Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
