Exciting Opportunity as a SEMH Teaching Assistant!

We are currently seeking a passionate SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Blackpool. This position is available for an immediate start. The school's mission is to positively transform the lives of children throughout Lancashire by providing high-quality teaching and inspiring a generation to reach their full potential. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional assistance in the classroom, fostering their learning and engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and adapt lessons according to the individual needs of students.

- Monitor and assess the progress of students, providing valuable feedback.

- Prepare accurate comments and reports on students' achievements for the classroom teacher.
