Are you looking to start or develop your career in education? We are currently recruiting Unqualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors to work in schools across Essex.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year's experience working with children or young people, either within a school, tutoring, coaching, youth work, or support setting.

You will support pupils across a range of age groups and subjects, including:

  • Mathematics
  • English
  • Science
  • 1:1 Intervention Support
  • Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support

Responsibilities may include delivering pre-planned lessons, supporting students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, managing classroom behaviour, and helping pupils achieve their learning goals.

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with children or young people
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed
  • Confidence supporting Maths, English, and Science lessons
  • Experience supporting SEN pupils is highly desirable
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
