  • At least two years of teaching or tutoring experience within the UK.
  • Previous experience supporting primary, secondary, GCSE, Functional Skills, or SEND learners.
  • Strong planning, communication, assessment, and behaviour management abilities.
  • Ability to travel to tuition assignments across Northampton and surrounding areas.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

A teaching qualification such as QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent recognised qualification is desirable, but not essential.

Additional Experience We Welcome

Experience working with children and young people with autism (ASC), ADHD, dyslexia, social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), EHCPs, or Alternative Provision would be beneficial.
