TP Tutors is looking for dedicated and experienced Primary, Secondary, GCSE & SEND 1:1 Tutors to provide tailored educational support to pupils across Corby and the surrounding areas.
This opportunity involves working with children and young people who may be unable to access mainstream education, need additional academic support, or have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Qualifications: QTS or another recognised teaching qualification is preferred, although not essential.
Experience: At least two years of UK teaching or tutoring experience delivering the UK National Curriculum is essential. Experience working across Primary, Secondary, GCSE, or SEND settings is highly advantageous.
Skills: Strong communication, effective behaviour management, patience, adaptability, and the ability to establish positive relationships with young people from diverse educational backgrounds.
Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, together with the legal right to work in the UK.
As a 1:1 Tutor with TP Tutors, you'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful educational support to pupils who may have experienced barriers to learning.
Working with Local Authorities, schools, families, and education professionals across Corby and the surrounding areas, you'll deliver personalised tuition designed to improve confidence, engagement, progress, and future opportunities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
