TP Tutors is looking for committed and experienced Primary, Secondary, GCSE & SEND 1:1 Tutors to provide personalised tuition to children and young people across Coventry and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for education professionals who enjoy working on an individual basis with pupils who may be out of mainstream education, require academic catch-up, or have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Qualifications: QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification is preferred but not essential.
Experience: A minimum of two years' UK teaching or tutoring experience delivering the UK National Curriculum is essential. Experience working with Primary, Secondary, GCSE, SEND, or intervention pupils is highly desirable.
Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, confident behaviour management, patience, flexibility, and the ability to motivate young people with varying educational needs.
Compliance: Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one, and the legal right to work in the UK.
As a 1:1 Tutor with TP Tutors, you'll be helping pupils overcome educational barriers and giving them the personalised support they need to move forward.
Working in partnership with Local Authorities, schools, families, and other education professionals across Coventry and the surrounding areas, you'll provide flexible and individualised tuition designed around each learner.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
