Role Type: 1:1 Tuition

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Tutor to support pupils in the Northampton area. The role will involve providing tailored educational support either in the pupil’s home or within a school setting during normal school hours.

  • Deliver engaging and personalised 1:1 tuition sessions.
  • Support pupils with their academic progress, confidence, and development.
  • Adapt lessons and teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide appropriate feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions and pupil progress.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience within the UK.
  • Experience teaching the UK National Curriculum.
  • Previous experience working as a teacher, tutor, or in a similar educational role.
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and support pupils on a 1:1 basis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Relevant teaching qualifications are desirable.
  • Flexible opportunities during school hours.
