We are looking for experienced and passionate 1:1 Tutors to provide personalised tuition to pupils in their homes or school settings across the Rushden area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people who require additional educational assistance, helping them build confidence and achieve their academic potential.

• Deliver engaging, high-quality 1:1 tuition tailored to each pupil's individual learning needs.
• Teach core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science, depending on your qualifications and experience.
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet each pupil's educational goals.
• Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records following each session.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, schools, and other professionals.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

• A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in a UK school or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to travel between pupil locations.
