Working Hours: Monday to Friday (School Hours)

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutors to provide personalised tuition to pupils in their homes or school settings across the Rugby area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people who need additional educational assistance, helping them build confidence and achieve their learning goals.

• Deliver engaging, high-quality 1:1 tuition tailored to each pupil's individual needs.
• Teach core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science, depending on your experience and the pupil's requirements.
• Plan and adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities.
• Monitor pupil progress and complete accurate session records.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families, schools, and other professionals.
• Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

• A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in a UK school or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs is highly desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to travel between locations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
