Working Hours: Monday to Friday (School Hours)

We are looking for experienced and committed 1:1 Tutors to deliver personalised tuition to pupils in their homes or school settings across the Cambridge area. This rewarding role is ideal for educators who are passionate about supporting children and young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve academic success.

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality 1:1 tuition tailored to each pupil's individual learning needs.
  • Teach core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science, depending on your experience and the pupil's requirements.
  • Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning objectives.
  • Monitor pupil progress and complete accurate session reports.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, schools, and other professionals.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in a UK school or educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, or other additional learning needs is desirable.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to travel between pupil locations.
