We are looking for experienced, dedicated, and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutors to provide personalised tuition to pupils in their homes or within school settings across the Dudley area.

This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people who require additional educational support, helping them build confidence, achieve academic progress, and reach their full potential through tailored one-to-one teaching.

  • Deliver high-quality one-to-one tuition during school hours.
  • Plan and adapt lessons to meet each pupil's individual learning needs.
  • Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and maintain accurate session records.
  • Work collaboratively with schools, parents, carers, and other professionals where appropriate.
  • A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in a school or educational setting.
  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent is desirable).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEND, SEMH, or those requiring alternative provision, is advantageous.
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to travel between pupil locations.
