We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate 1:1 Tutors to support pupils across the Hinckley area. Tuition sessions will take place either in pupils’ homes or within school settings during school hours.

This role is ideal for educators who are committed to providing personalised learning support and helping pupils build confidence, improve attainment, and achieve their full potential.

  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to individual pupil needs
  • Support pupils in subjects such as English, Maths, and Science
  • Adapt lessons and teaching strategies to suit different learning styles and abilities
  • Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, parents, and schools
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress
  • Ensure safeguarding and professional standards are maintained at all times
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience within the UK
  • Previous tutoring or classroom teaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum
  • Experience supporting SEN pupils or pupils with additional needs is desirable
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Child Workforce)
  • Ability to travel within Hinckley and surrounding areas
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
