Are you a Fleet based teacher, TA, HLTA or pastoral professional who is committed to supporting young people and keen to extend your impact beyond the traditional classroom?

We’re looking for passionate education professionals in Fleet and the surrounding area ready to step outside the traditional classroom and be part of something more focused, more flexible, and more impactful. This is your chance to empower children with a range of abilities, helping them rebuild confidence, develop key skills, and finally start to bridge that gap—for good.

The Role

  • 1:1 tuition in Maths, English, Science or Primary subjects
  • Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes
  • Sessions take place in the pupil’s home, providing a familiar, structured, and supportive setting for learning
  • Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Ongoing, consistent work
  • £25 per hour
  • Full time support from your own tuition consultant

We’re Looking For

  • Teachers, TAs, HLTAs, mentors or education professionals
  • Experience with primary and/or secondary pupils
  • Experience working effectively with pupils of varying abilities
  • Friendly, engaging and able to build strong relationships
