SEN Tutor Opportunities – Winchester

TP Tutors is looking for caring and adaptable SEN Tutors to support children and young people across Winchester and surrounding areas through personalised one-to-one tuition.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Winchester and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available

As an SEN Tutor, you will support learners outside of mainstream education who may have needs linked to Autism, ADHD, SEMH, anxiety, or other learning challenges. Your role will involve delivering engaging sessions, adapting learning to individual needs, and helping students build confidence and independence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering tailored one-to-one tuition
  • Supporting learner wellbeing and engagement
  • Adapting teaching approaches to suit individual students
  • Monitoring progress and encouraging development
  • Creating a safe and positive learning environment

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A patient, reliable, and adaptable approach
  • Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities
