We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed 1:1 Tutors to support pupils across the Northampton area. This role involves delivering personalised tuition sessions either in a pupil’s home or within a school setting during school hours.

  • Deliver engaging and tailored 1:1 tuition sessions to meet individual learning needs.
  • Support students in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
  • Encourage student confidence, motivation, and academic progress.
  • Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to suit different learning styles and abilities.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback where required.
  • Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or supporting young people is preferred.
  • Good understanding of the UK curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and build positive relationships with pupils.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • Right to work in the UK.
