TP Tutors is recruiting Alternative Provision Tutors in Fleet to work with students requiring tailored one-to-one educational support.

Position: Alternative Provision Tutor
Location: Fleet and nearby areas
Working Hours: Flexible opportunities available

Key Duties

• Deliver customised one-to-one tutoring sessions
• Support students with SEN including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and EBSA
• Adapt lesson content to meet individual student needs
• Build trusted and positive relationships with learners
• Deliver sessions in community venues or students' homes
• Encourage independence, motivation, and engagement

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people preferred
• Background in tutoring, teaching, youth work, or support roles beneficial
• Calm, resilient, and adaptable attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Willingness to travel across Fleet and surrounding areas
