TP Tutors is expanding across Bournemouth and is seeking dedicated SEN Tutors to provide personalised, one-to-one support for learners with additional needs. This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a genuine impact while enjoying a flexible working schedule.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time and full-time available)

As an SEN Tutor, you will work closely with learners who require tailored support to re-engage with education. Your sessions will be designed to meet each student’s unique needs, helping them build confidence and achieve progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver structured, engaging one-to-one tuition sessions
  • Adapt teaching methods to support needs such as ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Help learners develop both academically and personally
  • Deliver sessions in homes, schools, or community settings
  • Experience in education, tutoring, or working with young people
  • Strong understanding of core subjects such as English and Maths
  • Based in Bournemouth or able to travel locally
  • Patient, adaptable, and empathetic

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
