About the Role
Deliver one-to-one, structured sessions that are both engaging and supportive, helping students develop academically while building confidence and independence.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver customised lessons
• Support a range of SEN learning needs
• Keep students motivated with creative approaches
• Build self-esteem and encourage independence
• Track progress and refine learning strategies

Who We're Looking For

• Background in education, SEN, or mentoring
• Calm, supportive, and proactive nature
• Ability to connect and inspire young people
• Understanding of safeguarding requirements
• Able to commute within the Poole area
