At TP Tutors, we are passionate about helping students reach their full potential through personalised learning support. We are currently looking for committed and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutors to support students across the Worcester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in students' academic journeys.

As a 1:1 Tutor, you will deliver tailored lessons based on each student's individual learning needs. You will help build confidence, strengthen subject knowledge, and support students in achieving their academic goals.

Tutoring sessions may take place in person at learners' homes, schools, or local libraries across Worcester, depending on individual requirements.

  • Deliver engaging and effective 1:1 tutoring sessions
  • Support students in Maths, English, or Science (up to GCSE level)
  • Identify learning gaps and create personalised lesson plans
  • Encourage confidence, motivation, and positive study habits
  • Provide feedback on student progress when required
  • Minimum of 2 years' tutoring or teaching experience in the UK
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A genuine passion for supporting students and helping them succeed
