Tutor

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutor to support pupils in the Towcester area, providing personalised tuition either at the pupil’s home or within a school setting during school hours.

Role Overview:
You will work one-to-one with pupils to help them build confidence, improve academic skills, and reach their full potential. Lessons will be tailored to each pupil’s needs and learning style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 tuition in core subjects (Maths, English, or others)
• Adapt teaching methods to individual pupil needs
• Support pupils of varying abilities, including those with additional needs
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to parents and schools
• Collaborate with schools, parents, and other professionals as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
• Strong knowledge in your subject area
• Experience with children who have additional learning needs is a plus
• Patient, flexible, and enthusiastic about supporting pupils
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
