Job Title: 1:1 Tutor - Brackley Area
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic tutors to provide 1:1 support to students in the Brackley area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners on an individual basis and help them reach their full academic potential.
Role Overview:
As a 1:1 Tutor, you will work with students who may require additional support outside of a mainstream classroom. This may include learners with SEND, those out of education, or students needing extra academic guidance to build confidence and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalised and engaging 1:1 tutoring sessions
Plan lessons in line with individual learning needs and curriculum requirements
Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
Adapt teaching strategies to suit different learning styles
Build strong, supportive relationships with students
Requirements:
Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or supporting young people
Strong subject knowledge (Primary and/or Secondary level)
Experience working with SEND learners is desirable
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK
