  • Plan and deliver engaging English and Maths lessons to KS3 students
  • Assess students' learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
  • Provide individualised support to students to help them achieve academic success
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching English and Maths at KS3 level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

At least 2 years of experience teaching English and Maths at KS3 level

  • Strong understanding of the KS3 curriculum
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Proficiency in using educational technology
  • Postgraduate certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
