This trainee position is perfect for graduates, career changers, or anyone with transferable skills who is eager to gain hands-on experience in primary or secondary schools. Full support and guidance will be provided, with opportunities to develop your skills on the job.

Your role will include:

• Supporting pupils with their learning in the classroom
• Assisting the class teacher with activities and lesson preparation
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed (particularly alongside pupils with SEND)
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to making a difference in education.

No previous school experience is required, but a genuine interest in working with young people is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
