We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a reputable client secondary school in Old Trafford.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to support students’ learning and development while gaining valuable experience in the education sector.

This position will run full-time from Thursday 5^th September, until July 2025. Successful applicants who get on well in their school placement may be offered a permanent contract with the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Support students with their learning and provide one-on-one assistance when needed
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to the overall pastoral care of students
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for education and working with young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
