Teaching Personnel are working with a Central Cambridgeshire school who are seeking a temporary Site Manager to cover sickness.

The  role  of  a  Site  Manager  at  a  school  involves  overseeing  the  daily  operations  of  the  school  premises,  including  building  maintenance,  security,  and  health  &  safety  compliance.  This  position  is  crucial  for  ensuring  a  safe  and  efficient  school  environment  for  students  and  staff.  Responsibilities  may  include  managing  contractors,  coordinating  maintenance,  and  ensuring  compliance  with  health  and  safety  regulations.  The  role  often  requires  a  combination  of  technical  skills,  leadership  abilities,  and  a  commitment  to  maintaining  a  clean  and  safe  school  site.
