As a Secondary Teacher on supply, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Follow school policies and maintain a positive learning environment
• Adapt quickly to new classrooms and teaching styles
• Provide general cover, planned lessons or subject-specific teaching
• Use effective behaviour management techniques
• Support student progress and wellbeing
• Maintain good communication with staff and Teaching Personnel

This role suits both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to build experience across multiple schools.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or FE teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge and confident delivery
• Classroom management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Positive attitude and reliability
• Ability to build rapport with students and staff

Driving is desirable due to travel between schools.
