The role focuses on supporting pupils with additional needs within a classroom environment, helping them engage with learning and achieve their individual goals.

• Support pupils with additional learning and developmental needs.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Contribute to a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.
• Liaise effectively with school staff and parents when required.

• Minimum 6 months' experience working in a school setting, or 12 months' experience working with children in a transferable role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, flexible, and proactive approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare.
