Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools, Cardiff
Supply Hive Wales is recruiting Teaching Assistants for primary schools across Cardiff, with full-time, part-time and day-to-day roles available now.
The role
- Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
- Working with individuals and small groups to boost literacy and numeracy
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs (ALN), including 1:1 support
- Helping with classroom routines, behaviour and pupil wellbeing
About you- Experience supporting children in a school, nursery or childcare setting is preferred
- No TA qualification needed – a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is a bonus
- Caring, patient and reliable, with good communication skills
- An Enhanced DBS (ideally on the Update Service) and EWC registration, or willing to apply
What we offer- £14.31 – £15.38 per hour, paid weekly every Friday
