• Support students in lessons and throughout the school day
• Work alongside teaching staff to help raise student attainment
• Provide behavioural and pastoral support where required
• Deliver pre-set work and supervise classes in the absence of the teacher
• Build positive relationships with students and staff
• Maintain a safe and productive learning environment

• Experience working with young people is desirable
• Confident managing behaviour and leading small groups or whole classes
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for supporting young people's education and development
