We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Vale of Glamorgan. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking a Teaching Assistant position, Classroom Assistant role, or Learning Support Assistant job within education.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the ALNCo (Additional Learning Needs Coordinator) to support pupils both academically and socially. You will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.

• Support pupils across the classroom to achieve their learning goals.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide small-group interventions to support learning and development.
• Deliver 1:1 support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• Adapt confidently to different classroom situations and individual pupil needs.
• Promote pupil wellbeing, engagement, and confidence.
