Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools | Salford, Irlam & Warrington

Are you looking to make a difference in secondary education? We are recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students across a range of secondary schools in Salford, Irlam, and Warrington.

This role would be ideal for drivers due to the variety of school locations and opportunities available across the area.

  • Supporting students in and out of the classroom
  • Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons
  • Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support
  • Helping to promote positive behaviour and student engagement
  • Assisting students with additional learning needs where required
  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Confidence supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
  • Drivers are highly desirable due to the locations of our partner schools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
