Teaching Assistant - Part-Time Hours - Location: Stafford - Start Date: October 2026

We are currently recruiting for a part-time teaching assistant to join our partner schools within Stafford. You'll be working on a part-time supply basis in roles supporting partner schools for either mornings or afternoons. As a Teaching Assistant your duties include working within busy classroom environments assisting the class teacher in order to provide valuable support to all pupils.

Working through a trusted and reputable supply agency, you will have the opportunity to work within a variety of school on a part-time supply basis. You'll be helping to Support pupils' learning, including working with individuals, groups and whole classes under the direction of the class teacher

The role includes:

🍎Working alongside class teachers to deliver fulfilling lessons within a warm, welcoming school environments.

🍎Provide SEND support for individual pupils including pupils with EHCP's and additional needs.

🍎The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents and pupils.

🍎Lead small group interventions when required.

🍎Use specialist knowledge and experience to provide support to pupils in relation to their individual needs.

What we are looking for:

⭐An experienced Teaching Assistant who shares a passion and drive for supporting pupils across the primary age range.

⭐Holds NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants (desirable).

⭐Have both high expectations of themselves and pupils.

⭐Has a genuine passion and interest in supporting pupils' academic and personal development.

⭐Somebody who is able to adapt and jump into different school environments; creating strong, trusting relationships with staff.

⭐You will be working on a temporary basis, supporting a variety of our partner schools. We work with you providing work when suits around your lifestyle and commitments.

Pay: £93 - £110 a day (dependent on experience) holiday pay is included in the day rate.
