A welcoming and supportive primary school in the Aylesbury area is looking to appoint a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. You will be supporting pupils in the classroom, helping them engage with learning and providing additional support where needed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with their learning and development
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
• Provide individual and small-group support where required
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom

Essential Job Requirements:

• Experience working with children is desirable
• Previous primary school experience is advantageous
• Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
