You might be helping a student complete a piece of work, supporting them through a difficult moment, encouraging them to participate in an activity or simply being the consistent adult they know they can rely on.

Calm.
You can handle challenging situations without losing your composure.

Resilient.
You understand that progress isn't always immediate and are willing to keep trying.

Positive.
You see the potential in young people, even when they may struggle to see it themselves.

Consistent.
You understand the importance of boundaries, routine and reliable support.

Experience within SEN, SEMH, education, youth work, care or behaviour support would be advantageous.

You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

The school is situated in a rural area of Cranborne with no public transport available.
