Do you have the resilience, patience, and passion needed to support young people who have faced significant challenges in education?
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary provision supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students rebuild confidence, develop positive relationships, and achieve success both academically and personally.
Many of the young people within this setting have experienced barriers to learning and require consistent, nurturing support from trusted adults who can help them engage positively with education.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
