Teaching Personnel are looking for caring, professional and enthusiastic teaching assistants to join their team, working in schools in Hastings and the surrounding local areas.

A successful applicant will have:

-          Experience working with children in a classroom, care environment or similar

-          Knowledge of the importance of safeguarding, with the safety and well-being of children always coming first

-          A kind and caring nature, with the ability to build relationships whilst maintaining professional boundaries

-          Good behaviour management skills with the ability to keep calm and patient at all times

-          A genuine passion for working with children in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
