Teaching Personnel is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a primary-aged pupil in a welcoming school in Ely. This is a full-time position for the entire academic year, offering consistency, excellent support, and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with the pupil you support.

You'll provide individual support to a child with challenging behaviour, helping them regulate emotions, engage with learning, and thrive both inside and outside the classroom. You'll work closely with the class teacher, ALN team, and parents to make a real difference every day.
