PRIMARY TEACHING ASSISTANT

Location: Aylesbury
Start Date: September 2026
Hours: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £90–£120 per day

• A calmer, more orderly classroom during transitions

While you will not be delivering lessons, your contribution will be essential to their success. You will:

• Support the teacher during whole-class learning activities
• Assist pupils who require additional help or become distracted
• Consistently reinforce instructions and behavioural expectations
• Work with small groups as needed
• Maintain consistent routines throughout the school day

• Attentive to details that others may overlook
• Patient and calm when repeating instructions
• Consistent, proactive, and reliable in approach

This is an active role where you will be an integral member of the classroom team.
