Part-Time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) – Southampton Primary Schools

We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work part-time in a range of primary schools across Southampton, starting September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible working hours while making a positive impact on children's education.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a school or a similar educational or care setting.
  • Experience supporting children aged 3–11 years.
  • A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive, patient and proactive approach to supporting children with a variety of learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
