PRIMARY TEACHING ASSISTANT

Location: Bierton
Start Date: September 2026
Hours: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £90–£120 per day

Key Responsibilities

While you will not be delivering lessons, you will play a vital role in their success.

You will:

• Support the teacher during whole-class learning sessions
• Assist pupils who need extra help or who become distracted
• Reinforce instructions and expectations consistently
• Work with small groups as required
• Maintain consistent routines throughout the day

Ideal Candidate Attributes

• Attentive to details others may miss
• Patient and calm when repeating instructions
• Consistent and proactive in approach

This is not a passive role; you will be an integral part of the classroom team.
