Providing consistent classroom support plays a vital role in enhancing pupils' learning experiences and ensuring they remain focused and on track.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work collaboratively with the class teacher to support pupils, maintain structure, and facilitate progress during lessons.

  • Support pupils during lessons, both individually and in small groups
  • Assist with reading, writing, and mathematics activities
  • Maintain classroom routines and support behaviour management
  • Prepare and organise learning materials
  • Structured and supportive setting
  • Consistent assistance for pupils
