Hours: 08:30am – 4:30pm, 5 days a week
Start: September 2026
Long-term position, with the potential to become permanent

We’re seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a school in central Andover. You may or may not have experience in schools but definately have experience working with children and understand how to communicate respectfully and gain the most from each child in your care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a professional capacity
• Strong sense of empathy, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive education
• A genuine desire to help every child thrive
• Clear and concise way of communiocating
• Someone resilient, calm and consistent
• Understand body language and being proactive in support
• A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs and learning styles
