Teaching Personnel is supporting a range of well-regarded secondary, SEN, SEMH, and Alternative Provision schools across the Wirral with their staffing requirements for September 2026. We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join schools across the borough on long-term, full-time placements for the new academic year.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both academically and personally, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with pupils who may have additional needs, including SEMH, autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges.
These rewarding opportunities offer the chance to become an integral part of a school community, working alongside experienced teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will be patient, empathetic, and resilient, with the ability to build positive relationships and support students who may require additional guidance throughout the school day.
Whether your background is in education, youth work, mentoring, support work, residential care, sports coaching, or community-based roles, you will have the skills and commitment needed to positively impact student outcomes.
If you are passionate about supporting young people and are looking for a rewarding role within a Wirral school this September, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today to take the next step in your education career.
