We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential.

  • Support pupils with their educational, social, and emotional development.
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver individual and small-group learning activities.
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
  • Assist with personal care where required.
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to pupil progress monitoring and record keeping.
  • Has experience working with children or young people, preferably those with SEND.
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Has a positive and flexible approach to learning and development.
  • A supportive and welcoming staff team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
